Tenancy takeover Mary Page (Student Roost) - 2 Bed

Hi! My ex girlfriend and I initially booked a two bedroom flat in Mary Page Building (part of Central Place - Student Roost) but we broke up a few months ago and she is looking for a tenancy replacement, whereas I am looking for a flatmate to share the property with.

The contract starts on the 10th of September 2022 and ends on the 2nd of September 2023. Rent is £99 per week and it includes all bills and broadband.

Flat is located 5 minutes from Diamond building, 10 minutes from Fargate and West Street, 9 minutes away from Kelham Island Gym, 10 minutes away from the SU.

A few words about myself: I study computer science and I am involved in multiple extra-curricular activities including tennis club, compsoc, and Sundride - where I'm working as part of team to design and build a rocket. I like to read fantasy, sci-fi and science books, but also open to other outdoor/indoor activities: swimming, squash, running, climbing. Always open to try out new sports and activities.
