The flat is on the first floor and contains 2 double bedrooms, hallway, kitchen lounge combination, bathroom (with a power shower) and storage cupboard. Flat is furnished including a large L shaped sofa, 48" TV, ps5, storage cabinets, dining table and chairs, darts board, washer dryer, large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Bills included are electricity, heating, service charge, Internet, Netflix, amazon prime, and sky go.
There is free street parking available.
The building is located just north of Kelham Island which contains lots of modern, independent coffee shops, pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. Across the road is a large tesco and down the road is an Aldi. There is a tram stop 1 minute walk which allows you to get into town in 10 minutes. The location is approximately a 15 minute walk from west Street, and a 25 minute walk from the city centre and train station.
I am a 30 year old Software Engineering Consultant working for AtkinsRealis. I am very chatty and easy to get on with. I enjoy all kinds of sports (golf, football and volleyball being my main ones), I like video games, movies, and binge watching series. Looking for a clean, chilled out housemate who is social and wanting to share a flat together.
Available for short stays and flexible with moving in dates. The room can be modified with new paint, additional furniture and hanging things on walls but this will be your own expenditure.
Council tax is not included and shall be split 50/50 (estimate is £80 pp)
