I’m Ben, I’m 25 and purchased this house as my first home last year and have since refurbished it. My room is located on the top floor with an en-suite which means the room for rent has use of the main bathroom, which would only be shared with guests who might stay from time to time. I work away a lot of the week, so I am looking for a room mate who is a working professional and who will respect the house like a home.

The house is a 3 - bed terrace in Sharrow which is a great location, walking distance to the city centre, Ecclesall Road, Abbeydale Road and many other great surrounding areas, and the street itself is very quiet and a nice place to live.

All bills will be included, including WiFi and council tax. The parking is on street and requires a permit which can be applied for through the council and will be an extra cost.

THE BEDROOM

The bedroom is on the first floor and is a large, bright, double bedroom furnished in a contemporary, simplistic style. Including, a double bed, hanging rail, set of drawers, bed side table, a desk and chair and an arm chair.

THE HOUSE

There is a cosy living room with a TV and a separate kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage and a dining table. There is a lovely back garden, and the house can be accessed through the alleyway to the back door, as well as the front door.

The monthly rent is £550 per calendar month and is available from the 1st June. I am open to discuss the length of tenancy.
