This room is a sublet available from 02/07/22 until 15/08/22. There may be the option to extend.

The property is situated within a short distance of the Universities, shopping facilities and amenities in Sharrow, London Road, and along Sharrow Vale, Ecclesall Road/Hunters Bar. The City Centre is close enough to walk into but if needed a regular bus service runs closeby.

I'm a current tenant whose contract is until 15th August but for personal reasons I need to move out on 2nd July. The price I pay per week is £109 but I'm offering this room at a cheaper rate. I've enjoyed living here, particularly because of my spacious room and proximity to Ecclesall Road and the City Centre! The other tenants are friendly and easy to live with.
