Hi , I’m a friendly semi retired teacher and have a spare large double bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. ( Occasionally others may need to use your bathroom, but not regularly as I have an en-suite in my attic, so no queuing for shower or toilet !)
It’s in a charming house just off Sharrow Vale Rd ., which is a great location, near shops ,restaurants , buses and parks and a 30 minute walk from the City Centre .
I’m looking for a mature , quiet and considerate person who recycles, is concerned about the environment, cleans up after themselves and might like to share meals occasionally , chats and maybe a film .
Whilst I’m sociable and friendly, I also want some privacy so a lodger who works or studies outside the house for at least part of the week would suit me .You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom and use of the communal kitchen and dining room .
I’m into music ,( I play flute and sax and sing in a choir) cycling , walking , books and film and have a good network of friends in Sheffield.
.On street Parking is available at 70p per day .
