ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is in good shape, warm and cozy, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. The available double room is on the first floor. It's very warm, gets sun in the morning, window with a yard-view. Fully furnished - double bed, two small bookshelves with draws attached, closet wardrobe, a medium and large chest of drawers, desk and chair.
We have a washing machine (though NOT a dryer), a microwave, fridge, freezer, grill, oven, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room has a table and four chairs and some additional storage space. The living room has a couple of sofas, a TV and a small electric fireplace. Bathroom has a bathtub and an electric shower box.
We have a super landlord who lives in Sheffield and from experience thus far, any issues that we needed him to address, he always got here fast and fixed the problem.
ABOUT THE RENT
Included in the rent are heating, electricity, water and wi-fi. The rent including the aforementioned bills is £404 per month for the double room.
The current residents at the house are students and therefore don't pay council tax, however, if you are eligible to pay council tax, it costs an additional £45.33 and are not a student you will need to pay council tax.
