Room available in 3 Bed Friendly Household

Hello! My name is Ben and I live in a 4 bed home in Burngreave on the edge of Kelham with my friend Laura.

Laura and I have known each other for 10 years and are very laid back people. I’m a clinical scientist at the children’s hospital and Laura is a teacher. We are very friendly and enjoy a drink and a laugh, we love cooking at home and playing board games. We occasionally have friends round for dinner parties and would encourage our new roomie to join in.

I've have decided to rent out the 3rd Bedroom, which has a double bed with 2 drawer under bed storage, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table.

The house has a shared bathroom, living room with plenty of couch space, dining room with 6 dining chairs, kitchen and a back garden with private parking.

Price for the room is £450 a month, which includes all bills, super fast broadband, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.

We also have a spare 4th room which will not be rented out. This has a room for an air bed and currently serves as an office space for any working from home needs / if other visitors come to stay, which tenants are welcome to use for their friends/family visiting etc.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Kelham, 10-15 walk from the city centre.
