Large double available in 2 bed house share

Hi, I'm Bridget and I'm looking for a housemate to share with in a 2 bedroom house in walkley, as my current housemate is moving abroad at the end of May.
I am a tenant here, not the owner, so everything would be equal between us. Rent is 450 and the total price including bills is around 550-575 per month.

The available room is a good size, nice and light with loads of storage space including a large built in closet. There is a box room I currently use as a art /yoga space, and there's a desk in there so it would also suit somebody who works from home. There is also a little garden at the back of the house which gets the morning sun.

The neighbours are quiet and friendly , and walkley itself is a great place to live. We are easy walking distance from the city centre, kelham island, and have good public transport links (we are 10 mins from the tram stop and 5 mins from a bus into town) and lots of nice cafés, pubs etc nearby. Street parking is free and generally not too busy.

A little about me, I work as a scientist at the university of Sheffield. I am easy going, tidy and considerate. I am respectful of people's space but I would like a housemate I can be friendly with, cook some dinner and watch some crap telly with, rather than just an anonymous stranger... I've met some great people in house shares over the years so I'm hoping to find someone who would like to create a friendly harmonious living space together :)

In my spare time I'm pretty active, I love running, swimming, trips to the peak district and the pub, cooking and a bottle of wine, art, films, music, the occasional late night out.

My dog Stevie is a retired racing greyhound, she has such a sweet and funny personality. So this house would definitely suit an animal lover.
