Cute affordable room in crookes

Hi, we are Sophia (26F) and Alina (27NB) and we've been living in this house for three years and love it here!

It's a really nice, clean and cosy space with a garden, separate dining room and kitchen, large sitting room and free on road parking.

Housemates:

We both have lots of interests including going to gigs, board game nights, the pub, gaming, climbing, playing instruments and doing arts and crafts (painting, crochet etc). We also love spending time out in the peaks hiking, wild swimming and climbing (bouldering and ropes). We are a sociable house and equally enjoy a movie night in as well as a night out for a boogie. However, we also respect each other space and need for alone time.

We are also queer friendly and enjoy going to local LGBTQ+ events.

The room:

- This room comes either furnished or unfurnished as the previous tenant is willing to sell their bed/desk/wardrobe/shelves for a small fee if desired
- rent is £266pcm+bills
- for extra storage there is a large cupboard downstairs (shown in photos) solely for the occupant of this room as well as ample space in our basement
