Looking for someone to take my room for 6 months.
House is semi-detatched, 3 bedrooms with a massive garden on a quiet road in Walkley. Plenty of parking, recently refurbished, living room, separate kitchen with dining table, inside bike storage option.
The attic bedroom is quiet, overlooks garden, airy, bright with loads of storage. The bed is a European double (slightly larger than UK double).
Kaz (28F) currently lives here. We are an outdoorsy, chatty, warm and relaxed household :)
There is a cellar that you're welcome to use, but it is a bit damp! There's a small bit of space in a small shed.
Bills included. Council Tax Band A.
