Room in Sheffield’s city centre (S1 4GB)

Hello there :)

I am currently looking for a replacement tenant to takeover my flatmate’s room in my flat. My flatmate will be moving back to her country and the room will be available from the 27th May onwards.

Some facts about me, I am a recent graduate, currently working in Technology in Sheffield. I work from the office 3 days and 2 from home. I am tidy, clean and respectful and a good listener. If you need someone to talk to, I will be there :). I have lived with various flatmates before during university, and I am quite easygoing overall. I speak English, Spanish, Chinese, French and I am currently learning German. So if you are a languages person, so I am!

In terms of my hobbies, I like to cook different dishes and try new things. I enjoy being outdoors (specially around Peak District) and doing sport activities with others. I do not drink or smoke. I am looking for a non-smoker flatmate.

The flat is located in S1 4GB. Right on top of Tesco on West Street and facing Eldon Street, the building is called Royal Plaza. Prime location for those who want to get quick groceries at any time. It takes around 30s to walk to the Tesco :P (Maybe I have timed it myself haha)

The room will be available from 27th May and the tenancy is until the 27th July. Shorter lets are considered too.

The flat is fully furnished and very cozy. The room is quite nice and has good views. We also have cutlery and many pans, you could legit move in with just a suitcase and clothes :P. You will also have your own bathroom.

The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and good amenities overall. I have my own LG TV in the living room and you are more than welcome to use it at any time.

The rent is £500 without bills. The deposit is £576.50.
