Use of kitchen, lounge, hallway, garden, bathroom and wet room. Access to other rooms is negotiable e. g. spare lounge with TV.

The house is in an ideal location in Walkley, a short commute from/to both city centre and the Peak District. Close to shopping and local amenities. Plenty of buses to University etc. The room comes fully furnished.

You would be sharing with myself (a
retired professional) and my friendly cat. There is a shared hallway, bathroom, wet room, kitchen patio and garden.

All bills are included, Looking for a lodger who is friendly, responsible and keeps the space clean and tidy.

The room is available now now my last lodger has left after a year.
