Live in female landlord looking for a professional female lodger. I work from home 2-4 days a week.

My house is a less than 5 minute walk from Birley Lane Tram stop, a 10 minute walk to the 120 bus route and a 20 min drive from the city centre. The countryside is also only a 10 minute walk away.

You will have a double bedroom which includes a built in cupboard, drawers, ottoman bed and bedside cabinet.

You will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Home workers will be considered and a desk can be set up for you if needed. I also have a converted loft which you could kit out for a bigger home office space or hangout area.

Looking for clean and tidy individuals, though not obsessively so. Would be nice if willing to be social but not an issue if privacy preferred.

I am into the gym, long dog walks, coffee and cake dates. Watch lots of film and into everything Japan!

I have a lovely 14 month old Labrador, this is her home too so it is essential that you are a dog lover. You will be required to meet her upon viewing the property. Coming along on walkies are purely option :)

Council tax band A, all bills included as well as incidentals (loo roll, washing detergent etc etc) and a twice weekly cleaner of the communal areas.

The room is already let from the end of June so I can only consider 3 month tenancy.
