We have room for 1 person to join our house. We already have Claire so only looking for another female.
We have a large 5 bed semi detached victoriana house. The rooms are a small double and a large double. The smaller double ican be you by you as a snug / office / gaming. You may need some of your own furniture for this smaller room to make it in to the ideal space for you.
The kitchen is large and shared by us all and so is the laundry and garden. Communal areas are joint responsibility for cleaning.
All bills included; gas, electric, water, Internet, TV licence.
Clean, tidy housemate who is friendly but also likes their own space.
It's mostly just Claire in the house. Me and Bob are generally at our narrowboat or travelling.
