Tenancy Takeover starting 3rd July 24

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Portland Tower, 6th floor with lift access, just behind West Street, it’s a 6 bed flat but my room has 2 windows, the flat has 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet so 3 toilets all together, it has a dish washer and a washer and dryer in the flat which is free (no circuit laundry), internet is included and is high speed, it has a balcony and is £129 per week with all bills included for 50 weeks starting 3rd July 2024, NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED and first rent is in line with student finance in September, guarantor needed but only has to fill in a form doesn’t have to give any details of finance or anything and can be anyone over the age of 18 inc other students
