Hi, I’m moving out of the property to take up a summer role in Leeds where some of my family live, so I’m hoping to transfer my tenancy on to another student. The room is available until 30th August 2024 and includes all bills. I’m offering the room at a reduced rate of £500 per month from 1st June onwards but if you’d like to move in earlier we could arrange that – message me for more details.

The property is walking distance to the Moor, West Street and both Universities. Local shops include Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, Aldi and Waitrose.

The bedroom is about 11-14m squared and has its own private shower room. There is a study desk, plenty of shelves and storage, and the room comes with a mounted 32-inch Smart TV. In the kitchen and living space, you get a large dining table, two comfortable sofas, 2 large fridge-freezers and a 50-inch Smart TV. You can cook with the four-ring induction hob, integrated oven-grill and also a microwave. Other stand out features of the property include the amazing gym, beautiful rooftop terrace, study rooms, games areas and the laundrette.

The other tenants include final or postgrad students who are lovely, tidy and keep to themselves.
