My name is Piotr and I’m a 22 year old in my final year at University - I’m hoping to stay in Sheffield after I graduate this July in this 2 bedroom house in Crookes.
My current friend and housemate is leaving at the end of our tenancy so I’m looking for a replacement housemate to sign another 12 month contract. A young professional like me would be most ideal :)
Your room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, shelves and cupboards, and a mirror. It’s nicely lit and has some views over Crookes and Sheffield.
There’s also a shared kitchen and living room - both include appliances and furniture, with a 50” TV and plants!
Rent is £365 each per month (£84.23 per week) without bills. This is very cheap for a 2 bedroom house in Crookes.
Tenancy begins on 04/07/24.

I am happy to consider a Bills Included Package as I have found some reasonable options - will discuss this with prospective tenant :)
About me:
I will be working in Sheffield after I graduate in Philosophy. I think I’m pretty fun and easy going, but I will also respect your space and boundaries. I like to listen to music and watch movies, and walk around Crookes and sip coffee in my spare time. The views and Crookes community is awesome :)
