I am looking for somebody to take my place in a student house through SDP Student Homes before July as I can no longer move in. You will be living with 3 other students - who are lovely- and the house is in great location to the Sheffield Hallam campuses and the centre of Sheffield. The rent in the tenancy agreement is £101pppw including broadband, however with gas, water, and electric set up this will take it to £121.70pppw as mentioned in the contract I was sent. The housing company it is with no longer provide TV licences however you can mention this to the electrical company when they contact you who can set this up. As there are already 3 girls confirmed to be staying in the house, you would be taking the room that was planned for me, however this is a good size. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and lounge area in the house, and a small patio outside. There is parking available on the street but this is with a permit which can be arranged.
