The new housemate will be moving in with 3 lovely girls (one Masters student, 2 young professionals, between 24 and 26 years old).
The house, situated on Brocco Bank, has one bathroom (shower and bath), private garden, kitchen and a separate living room. It’s a flat (!) 22-minute walk to the Alfred Denny Building and just 5 minutes from Endcliffe Park, as well as lots of bars and restaurants on Ecclesall Road.
