Double Room - Crookes

I’ve got a room to rent in a lovely 3 bed in Crookes, just off the high street. It’s a house of two girls (and two incredibly friendly cats), looking for another female, young professional to fill the room.

We’re both very clean, friendly and relatively crafty, looking for someone equally as tidy and friendly. I’m currently studying for a Masters in Landscape Architecture and will be working at festivals and a garden centre over the summer. The other housemate works from home in communications and will be moving in at the same time as this contract begins.

The house is filled with all sorts of creative equipment that is free reign to be used, as well as a collection of books and records to enjoy. The garden is small but fruitful , with herbs and some other edibles growing and is lovely in summer! The room for rent is the ‘master bedroom’, with a double bed and desk, plus all the other furniture.

The contract is a year long, starting at the beginning of July and would be rolling on a monthly basis there after. The £550 includes ALL bills, breaking down as £400 for the rent, £110 for the bills (gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi, TV, etc), and £40 for council tax, monthly.
