Sublet house

Due to personal reasons, I have returned to China in advance. Now I need to sublet the 4th floor room of Building C, crown house, located at 51 W Bar, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S3 8PH, near the courthouse and police station, a few minutes' walk from the city center. Just two minutes away from the billiards hall (with Form 8, snooker, American), the apartment has a free shuttle bus every weekday from 8.30am to 1.30pm, which can take you to the door of each teaching building, the room faces the courtyard, there is a 24-hour reception downstairs (there are Chinese people at the reception during the day), the express storage is safe and secure, the public areas are clean and tidy. The location of the apartment is quiet and noiseless, the sound insulation effect is good, the sun is full, the room is clean and sanitary, the separate bathroom is dry and wet, there is a stove table, with TV. No intermediary fees. The lease is from May 3rd to September 7th!
