BIG Double bedroom Crookes. Lovely House ⭐

This is a lovley house with lovley housemates- both young proffesionals in their 20s who love film, socialising and the outdoors. It is such a lovely place that Although i have a 3 month seasonal job at the wrong end of the country i really would like to continue living here long term so we are looking for someone to take my place just for the 3+ months i will be working. I am flexile how long you want to stay just with prefernce of 3 months minimum.

The room is BIG with an extra BIG king sized bed. It is south facing so you get the best of the morning, daytime and evening sun through the large windows. lots of storage in drawers, pull out drawer under the bed and a wardrobe closet. lots of floorspace for exercising, crafts or piling clothes- whatever you get up to. desk.

the house is a great location for local shops and getting into town. only a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus. Tops 40 minutes from the station with regular direct busses and of course Busses just 5 minutes down the road that go out into the Peak district.

The bills- wifi, water, electricity and council tax all together come to about £100.

This is a perfect cosy place to stay for a beautiful sunny and green summer in sheffeild and the outdoors.
