Housemate Wanted for Spacious Walkley Attic Room

Hey,

I'm looking for a sociable and tidy professional to join me in my 3-bed terraced house in Walkley. Situated just off South Road, the house is in a great location for the nearby cafes, pubs and restaurants. It's also a 5-minute walk away from the bus stop to get into town.

The room is clean, spacious and bright and has big built-in wardrobes as well as a double bed with a new, barely used mattress. It's a really big room and would easily fit a home office set-up or chill out space. Being an attic room, it's very private and has nice views out of the skylight.

This room is currently my spare/music room, so the keyboard shown in the photos will be moved into one of the shared spaces (you're welcome to play it), and the guitar wall mounts can be removed if don't need them!

Other features/things to know:
- Street parking. It's always easy to find a spot outside the house
- Security: House has motion-sensored external lights and alarm system
- Front and back garden
- All bills and fast WiFi included
- Cats are very welcome!
- Council Tax Band A

I'm a Digital Marketing Manager and generally work in the office in the city centre, so I'm normally out between 8:30-6, but I'll usually WFH one or two half-days a week. I'm a relaxed person and easy to get along with/live with and will make sure to keep everything clean and tidy :)
