Hillside house is located 1 min walk away from the university of Sheffield campus with lots of parks just as close by. The facilities include a free an en-suite, a small double bed, a spacious kitchen, multiple study suites, a private gym, a games room, a coffee machine in the lobby, a meditation room not to mention the friendly staff and and community.
The room on offer is a 4 bed premium flat on floor two. The price at £205 p/w is originally down from £215 p/w. However, I am open to offers to reduce the weekly price as I have been told I am able to subsidise part of the contract also.
As I’m leaving sheffield to go home in June, the potential candidate will take over this lovely room in the heart of sheffield.
