12 month tenancy takeover - Sharrow

A double unfurnished bedroom (first floor) in a gorgeous three bed house in Sharrow, around the corner from Nether Edge. Close to Sharrow Vale, Hunters Bar, Ecclesall Road, Abbeydale Road and the city centre.

I’ve lived here for 6 months, sharing with one other person who has lived here for over 2 years who is sadly moving out - her bedroom is available from end of June.

It is an unfurnished room but comes with a double bed frame and small chest of drawers - no mattress!

It will be a tenancy takeover as it is a joint tenancy until end of June 2025. If you are interested, I will give more information 😊

I am a friendly, warm person and I am looking for someone to share my home with, who has similar interests and is friendly and chill. I work 9-5 and WFH most days a week, often on team calls and training. I’m social and enjoy going hiking, playing boardgames, trying new places for food, walking, yoga and kick boxing. I also love to chill with a film or some xbox. I’m looking to share my house with someone to make it homely. Would be great to hang out but also am appreciative of space. I’m a very tidy person and value a clean and looked after home.

- A big kitchen with lots of storage, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and five ring gas oven. There is also a dining table.

- Shared living room with tv, bookshelves and sofas with a mini faux fire heater.

- Shared bathroom with bath and shower.

- Shared spare room which is an office / storage space.

- Garden which had a small decking (recently removed - landlord is in the process of sorting)

- On street parking - requires applying for a permit with the council.

£575 includes rent at £412.50 and all of the bills in the price including council tax band A.
