Double room available in Meersbrook

Hi! Looking for a third housemate to join us in the 3-bed terrace house we're currently renting on a monthly rolling basis.

Ideally located:
- 5 minute walk to bus stop to town
- Close by to shops and gym (local corner store and Lidl/Heeley retail park)
- Lots of nice cafes and bars close by (Kopi and Chai just round the corner)
- Right next to Meersbrook park, great for a walk

You'd be living with Zara and I.

I'm into gym, gaming, hiking, going to gigs and the odd bit of travelling. I currently work in a local restaurant/pub and have varying shift patterns throughout the week so will be around the house at different times depending on the week.

Zara works locally in a politics related job so will usually be out working in the days. She loves to cook lots of tasty vegan/veggie food from around the world and enjoys nights out in the pub with mates, running and cosy nights in watching tv series with a cuppa.

We're both laidback people and prefer nights in reading and watching films/tv shows.

Rent is £380pcm which includes broadband, energy, water and council tax (Band A). There is also a security deposit of £365.

The kitchen is nice and open and gets a good amount of light in during the day. There is a washer, dishwasher and standard sized fridge/freezer as well as a gas oven with gas hobs if you're into cooking. The lounge is nice and cosy and also gets a good amount of sun throughout the day and has a big tv perfect for watching your shows or films.

There is a small garden space at the rear of the property with wild flowers that look beautiful when they bloom in the spring/summer months.

The bedroom is a cosy double that has wooden floors and a big window making it feel open and airy. The room includes a king size bedframe and mattress, clothes rail, desk and lean-to mirror. There is also a wardrobe just outside the room which can be used for clothes and general storage of belongings.

Looking for someone who can move in from the 16th December.
