Double room available in Meersbrook

Hi! Looking for a third housemate to join us in the 3-bed terrace house we're currently renting on a monthly rolling basis.

Ideally located:
- 5 minute walk to bus stop to town
- Close by to shops (local corner store and Lidl/Heeley retail park)
- Lots of nice cafes and bars close by (Kopi and Chai just round the corner)
- Right next to Meersbrook park, great for a walk

You'd be living with me and Ruby.

I'm into gym, gaming, hiking, going to gigs and the odd bit of travelling. I currently work in a local restaurant/pub and have varying shift patterns throughout the week so will be around the house at different times depending on the week.

Ruby is into all things nature and loves to spend time outdoors. She is currently studying medical herbalism to become a qualified herbalist, so will also be around the house a fair amount during the week.

We are both laidback and prefer quiet nights in and relaxing watching tv shows/films as well as enjoying cafes/restaurants with great veggie/vegan food.

Rent is £420pcm which includes broadband, energy, water and council tax (Band A). There is also a security deposit of £365.

The kitchen is nice and open and gets a good amount of light in during the day. There is a washer, dishwasher and standard sized fridge/freezer as well as a gas oven with gas hobs if you're into cooking. The lounge is nice and cosy and also gets a good amount of sun throughout the day and has a big tv perfect for watching your shows or films.

There is a small garden space at the rear of the property with wild flowers that look beautiful when they bloom in the spring/summer months.

The bedroom is a spacious double that has wooden floors and a large window making it feel open and airy. The room includes a king-size bedframe and mattress, clothes rail and lean-to mirror. Opposite the bedroom is a wardrobe/storage cupboard which can be used to store belongings or more clothes.

The most recent tenant will be taking her sofas fairly soon, so you are more than welcome to bring lounge furniture if you have any, no worries if not as I will be looking for 2nd hand sofas as well.

Looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.
