Double room in lovely terraced house

Looking to rent out a double room in my lovely terraced house. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk and bed and shares a bathroom with one other person.
There is a cosy living room which is newly renovated, and is perfect for movie nights or just to hang out in.
There is a large modern kitchen/dining room and a paved garden.
The garden has a bbq, fire pit and sofa, which is great in the summer.
Most importantly there is a climbing wall in the basement!!
There is no deposit.
The house is located right next to a tram and bus stop, which allows for quick transport into town and to both universities (within 15mins).
A little about us:
I am a 31 year old professional who also works from home. I love the outdoors, climbing, playing volleyball and cooking.
Mae is a student who loves geology, climbing and cooking !
I also have a sausage dog called Otto who is very adorable!
I am are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, mature and respectful that enjoys socialising but also enjoys their own space.
Ideally we will become friends and can hang out together, watch movies and spend some time outdoors.
