The house is a huge 7 bed restored Victorian house. The living room and kitchen are big open plan spaces with lots of room for socialising/cooking. They lead out on to the garden, which is great for eating dinner in the sun.

The available bedroom comes with a bed, mattress, 2 x bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe (the desk in the photos not included)

There are 3 bathrooms, all with nice powerful showers and 2 baths. We also have a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer.

The cost of the room is £549PCM including bills. Council tax, wifi etc are all included so there's no more costs.

ABOUT US

We're a fun group who like to hang out together in the social spaces, watch films, play board games, and often go to gigs and pub quizzes A few of us climb and run together regularly and get out to the peaks when we can. We have a wide range of interests between us.

We are all young professionals (One phd student) aged 27-30. 3 guys and 3 girls.

We share communal kitchen stuff (pans, plates, cutlery etc) and have LOADS of everything. The landlord's cat, Robbie, also occasionally comes round to the house just in case you have any allergies.

LOCATION

We're a 3 minute walk from Ecclesall Road, where there's loads of restaurants, shops, pubs etc. We're next door to the Botanical Gardens, it's a 25 minute walk into town and only a 15 minute drive from the Peak District.

PARKING

There is limited free parking on the road, and it is likely you can get a parking permit from the council.
