Room for rent

Hi I'm Isobel, and I am renting a room in my house in the Hunters Bar area.

The house: The room is a double room with small double bed, small wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is a cellar where bikes can be stored, or an outhouse that I can make space in. There is a garden with decking and grass, and a view of the city. Parking is available on the street.

I don't have a TV, you are welcome to bring one but you would need to pay for the TV licence.

About me: I'm a friendly person who likes a balance of socialising and also having time to myself. I'm very outdoorsy and love being out in nature, mainly hiking, camping, wild swimming and climbing, but I enjoy most things that take me outside. I am a Buddhist, and meditate regularly.

I like to socialise with friends, read, sew, and binge the odd Netflix series.

I'm looking for a laid back, friendly, clean and tidy person to share with. It would be nice to live with someone who shares some of my interests, but it is not essential as long as we get along.

No pets
No WFH

Bills included except for gas and electric which we would split each month.
