Spare Room off Abbeydale Road

hello. I have a spare, spacious, unfurnished room going in a house I’m currently renting in a cul-de-sac just off Abbeydale Road. parking available on street. will be co-sharing with a mini poodle so being more than amenable to that is a must, and would ideally prefer vegans or vegetarians. the house is currently council tax exempt as i was doing my masters so would probably be easier for someone in a similar position. i’m a bar manager in the city centre and am often working late. bills not included but would probably be about £100 extra, give or take. open to any length of time, albeit preferably a shorter term let. drop me a message if it sounds a goer!
