Room in unique house in Kelham island

I’ve rented and lived in the house for 11 years and gave it a full renovation/redecoration in lockdown. It’s a pretty cool and unique pad for the area.

It’s a 3 bed 3 floor red brick house situated in Kelham island with good sized kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is also a shared bike store attached to the house.

The living room has a 4k projector and tannoy gold speakers for watching films/documentaries

The rent includes CC tax, gas. water and broadband.

The only other cost is electricity which is on a very cheap business tariff and is split 3 ways each month. Last months was £13 each.

I have a cleaner come every two weeks to give the house a full clean (excluding bedrooms)

Although this is the smallest bedroom in the house I’ve added lots to the room to utilise the space.

There is a double loft bed with large storage shelve underneath and I’ve added a huge shelve on the opposite side so you still have full floor space.

Room comes with two sets of draws, two book shelves pigeon hole shelving with coat hooks, clothes rail, large whiteboard and desk by the window.

A little about me. I’m 37 self employed freelancer. Im building eco gardens, work away with an outdoor theatre show and have a mobile massage business. I also own a recording studio which is situated not far from the house.

Im big into getting out into the peaks and have campervan. Cycling, climbing, hiking and wild swimming is my jam.

Chris is a music producer/songwriter. He has a music studio just down the road and is often away with his work or staying at his caravan on the east coast in Filey.

I am looking for a professional who lives balanced and healthy lifestyle and strive for a harmonious and friendly shared house. If you’re also a fellow musician I’m sure you will get on well with us both.
