Cosy Meersbrook Home

Hey,

We're Lucy and Cass (homeowner), we live in this warm cosy house in Meersbrook, at the top of the park right next to Kopi and Chai. We're looking for someone to rent the room while our third housemate (Jack) is away between April and June.

I work with bikes and love cycling and Lucy is an art therapy student. We are both really social and spend a lot of time out of the house as well as hanging out and cooking in the evenings.

The house itself is warm and cosy. We have a small garden with an apple tree and a pond and garage that we use as storage. There is plenty of on road parking and also a drive that we share between us.

Meersbrook is a great area with views over the whole city. There are some good local pubs and cafes, numerous supermarkets and a local shop less than a minute away.

We are looking for someone who doesn't work from home as the communal space is all open plan.
