Lovely room in quiet area of Sheffield available from the 1st of January ( some flexibility around the move date)

My current housemate is returning to his homeland of Australia so here I am looking for someone to share this lovely place with.

I am the only other Tenant, my name is Michael (29) I work in the Climbing Hangar Sheffield and spend most of my free time climbing in the Peak District or training at the gym with colleagues and friends.

I am looking for someone that enjoys being sociable but also wishes to find a calm, peaceful home.

On my days off I try to get outdoors as much as possible but on the occasional rest day I enjoy chilling at home and doing the mundane too.

The house is a classic Sheffield Terrace built in late 19th century and has spacious kitchen and living areas and generously sized bedrooms that get a lot of light!

there is a third bedroom which is only used as storage at the moment but can be used as a guest room.

There is a garden on the back with plenty of raspberries and tomatoes to be picked in the summer months, there is a cozy patio area at the back of the garden with a little fire pit and enough room for BBQs with friends.

Speedy Broadband included.

Street parking is available and in 1 year of living here I have never struggled to find a space regardless of the time of day.
