We are a 4 person house looking for someone to take the ground floor bedroom. The house has one bathroom, a kitchen and garden. LGBTQ+ friendly house consisting of a mix of students and full time workers, situated just outside of Bramall Lane.
Tenancy lasts until end of June, there would be one rent payment January and one in April. Bills are included in this figure, however council tax is an added £40 a month. No deposit required!
