Hi. I'm looking for a student preferable female , for tenancy takeover at STEELWORKS Sheffield , 6th floor D block for 5 people . 4 female students left , all second years .Tenancy runs until July 11,2026.
2 minute walk from university of Sheffield , 12 min walk from Sheffield Hallam. Very close to west street .
Currently paying £135 / week for silver en-suite plus .
Happy to accept £120/ week all inclusive of bills .
