We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy in S10 at the start of 2026, until the end of September 2026. We have two double rooms and one single room in a shared house, with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom- all refurbished in 2024 so very modern. There is a shared garden outside which is a lovely space for relaxing in the summer. The rent is £750 pcm, and bills tend to be in the region of £250 pcm- council tax band A. The house is offered unfurnished, but we will likely have some excess furniture so may be able to offer you a desk, wardrobe, sofa, etc.
The house is extremely well situated- just a 15 minute walk to the centre of town, a bus stop just across the road and the University tram stop 5 minutes away. There is on road parking and I could transfer my current parking permit to you if needed for half the price.
The other tenants are both PhD students at the University of Sheffield. They are very friendly but equally happy to give space if that's what you prefer. Both are clean and tidy and maintain the house very well. They have a small, hypoallergenic dog who is very friendly.
