Three girls studying at SHU have a spare room available and are looking for another female student to join them.

The room available is a spacious attic bedroom furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe and bedside table.

The open-plan kitchen-lounge is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven and hob, American style fridge-freezer, two comfy sofas, coffee table, dining set and wall mounted smart TV.

There are two shared bathrooms each with a tiled shower.

The house is modern and has been recently refurbished to a high standard. There is a large patio area to the rear and permit parking is available outside.
