Warm, friendly home in Sharrow - Freshly decorated

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room on Fentonville Street, Sharrow. The room has been freshly painted and decorated, so it’s feeling bright and clean.

The room comes furnished with:

- Comfortable bed

- Shelving units

- Chest of drawers

(Optional) I am also happy to discuss passing on my desk and an extra shelf if you’d like them.

The house itself is really spacious, spread over three floors. We have a good size living room and a large kitchen. There is also a garden out back.

Perks

Parking: There is a parking space right outside the house (requires a permit, which is just a small annual fee).

Michael: You’ll be sharing the home with Michael, our very gentle and friendly cat. He’s a big part of the house!

The Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with two lovely women who are incredibly warm, welcoming, and easy to get along with. It’s a very friendly atmosphere.

I’ve loved living here, but I have to leave Sheffield for work, which is the only reason I’m moving out.
