Room available in a friendly communal house-share

Hello!

We have a room available in our lovely little house in S11, just off hunters bar roundabout. The room is available from March - August (dates can be slightly flexible). Our housemate Amelia is going travelling until August so we are looking to fill the room while she’s away.

As a house we enjoy communal cooking and often hang out together in the evenings. We would be looking for someone who’s happy to join in with shared cooking, cleaning and hanging out occasionally!

The room is part-furnished with a bed and some shelves. There is plenty of space in the cupboard for your belongings / clothes and the bed has built in drawers and under bed storage too.

It is a really cosy and homely house, with a lovely view over Sheffield from the bathroom and a sun trap garden that is perfect for summer.

Bills are around £100 pcm, which includes council tax, energy, water and wifi.
