Spacious double bedroom in friendly shared house

I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to take the large double bedroom in this three bed house house with a nice garden.

We are a 5 minute walk from meersbrook park and a 15 minute walk from graves park. The road is also close to two bus routes that take you into town.

I'm an artist who works from home using the spare bedroom and garage workshop as my work spaces. It'd be nice to find someone who doesn't work from home all the time but happy to chat about it.

My current housemate is a close friend and I'm hoping that whoever moves in will be happy to hang out in the communal spaces and keep the house feeling friendly and welcoming for both of us. We currently share some cooking and meals from time to time which would be lovely to continue if we get along.

The bed and desk in the photo of the bedroom are not included, my housemate is taking them (and some of the other furniture pictured) with her when she moves.
