The location is very convenient. You can take the tram/bus right outside. It is very close to both the supermarket and the bank. The living room is very large, the kitchen and the refrigerator are also large, and there is a washing machine. The room for rent has its own bathroom. The bed is of queen size.

My landlord is very nice. My lease expires on June 1st. If you want to extend your stay, I can communicate with the landlord in advance. The extension can only be made up to the Sept 1st.
My roommate has changed jobs and moved away, so I'm not sure when another person will move in.
