En-suite double bed, private student accom

Hey there, I'm preferably looking for another student who will be in 3rd year in 2027 to take over my tenancy. Hillside is in the perfect location if you mainly are at The Wave (8 min walk) or the Arts tower (2 min walk). The key difference about this flat compared to other student accom is that it feels more like a home than a student accommodation. The furniture is really pretty and new, you don't need to go to a separate place for laundry. Dryer, washing machine are included inside the flat, and there is a bin disposal chute on the same floor. There lovely views from our flat window of Sheffield, but also the sky terrace at the accom where you can host parties. There's also a karaoke room that's great for pres, a gym, and nice study areas you're always guaranteed a spot in compared to the IC. There a wide mix of interest in the house, everyone's extremely friendly and love doing activities together e. g karaoke, movies, pub. One flatmate will be bringing their car, so grocery runs will be a breeze.
