Looking for a new friendly housemate in Crookes :)

Unfurnished (double) bedroom available to rent from mid-April due to my current housemate moving out. Open to discuss which bedroom you’d prefer in the home. I’ve lived in the attic for the past two years but happy to have a switch around :)

This is a classic Sheffield terrace house. There’s a lovely large lounge and dining room with a small-ish kitchen (but perfectly fine for two to share). A double bedroom and large bathroom (shower/ bath/ toilet/ sink/ washing machine) on the first floor. And then a double bedroom and small box room up in the attic. Shared garden with some lovely neighbours who help to maintain the gardens and keep them lovely.

Like I said, I’ve had the attic bedroom but if someone wanted to pay extra to have the double attic bedroom and box room to themselves then I’m happy to discuss! The box bedroom would work well as a home office if needed.

The rent is £1,100 shared between the two of us (bills not included). The landlord is lovely and quick to get any repairs or issues with the house sorted.

I’ve lived in the house for the past two years and have loved it. I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate and pretty chilled out. The furniture has all been bought by me so I’m looking for someone to help keep this a cosy and comfortable home but there is enough space for you to make your mark on the house too :) I spend my free time going on walks, seeing my friends, gym, reading, crafting, exploring the peaks and I love a night in.
