Tenancy takeover- The forge student accommodation

I currently live at the forge and rebooked my room for September however, I have decided I'd like to be somewhere else better suited for me. Looking for a student to take over from my tenancy. It's a lovely place to live, loads of activities going on and in a decent spot in the city. Very reasonably priced. Would need to do a guarantor agreement and tenancy agreement with a £99 deposit but it's easy to do! Great place. It's a ensuite with a 3/4 bed. Plenty of storage including under the bed. Shared kitchen between 5 people altogether. There's a study room, cinema room, little basket ball court and a common room. The room is in good condition and easy to decorate to become your own. The staff there are also great and good at communicating with you. Great place for students to be! I can't guarantee who will be in the flat from September but the 2 years I've been there I've had decent people. There's an Aldi over the road and a shop on the corner open 24/7.
