Looking for Housemates and Tenancy Replacement

Looking for Housemates for July 2026 (3-4 people to take over the house)
My name is Husna. I'm looking for a replacement tenant in my current house. The house is at Glossop Road, S10 2HP which is near to the Student Union and University of Sheffield. I signed the contract with my other housemate (female) and we're currently still searching for 3 other housemates (one to replace me)

The rent is £490 pcm excluding bills
£112 pw exc bills
(estimated bill is £50-£60)

This house is equipped with 2 separated units. Each unit has 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 washing machine. The landlord only have 4 tenants registered under the house although it has 6 rooms. If theres more than 4 people who would want to live here, we can suggest to the landlord and lower the rent :D
