Looking for someone to take over my contract in a lovely flat right by Crookes Valley Park on Harcourt Road. Bills are all included with unihomes and the letting agents are Thornsett properties, who are very responsive and helpful (I've lived with them 1 year prior). The flat is clean and modern on the inside with plenty of space in all bedrooms and views of CVP. A really great price for how lovely it is! I can provide more pictures if interested! The other tenants are all very welcoming and love chill nights in, pub trips and nights out together !
