Looking for a stress-free place to call home? We’re two guys (22 and 24), both working professionals, looking for a third person to join our house on Harrow Street starting July 1st.

We’re a relaxed, quiet household. We value a clean space and a peaceful environment to unwind after work, so if you’re looking for a "party house," this probably isn’t the one, but if you want a solid, friendly home base, read on!

The Setup
Location: 1 Harrow St, Sheffield, S11 8BP (perfect for Ecclesall Road, City Centre, and local amenities).

The Room: Comes furnished with a desk, cupboard/wardrobe, and plenty of natural light.

Connectivity: High-speed Ethernet ports in every bedroom perfect for gamers or WFH professionals.

The House: 3 bedrooms, a cozy shared living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Council tax Band C.

Bathrooms: No morning queues! We have two bathrooms in the property. One with a bath!

The Details
Rent: £600 per month.

This covers everything: rent, water, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, and council tax.
