Sociable house with Double attic room

Double attic room available in Woodseats for young professional, ideally female. We are a communal house looking for a chill person who likes to hang out as-well as respects space as Joe and I get along really well and want to add to that! We are both tidy people but also understand a little mess! There is a shared drive that can fit 3 cars. We both drive. Nice garden with patio. We are not party people.
Friendly street, super close to Graves park and a range of different shops close by! Urban pitta not even a minute walk away XD

Joe (32) - The chillest trucker you’ll ever meet, if I was any more laid back I’d be horizontal! I’m into the occult, running, climbing and keeping healthy.

Amy (21) - An apprentice Ranger for National trust. Very outdoorsy, including mountain biking and climbing (both inside and out). Love motorbikes and wildlife. I like going birdwatching and identifying plants. Don’t drink and not into late nights but like chilling and watching films after work. I like indoor plants too and definitely need more! Open minded and easy going.

The earliest and most convenient move time would be early August.
