We are looking for a new flatmate as ours is moving out on the 31st May.


We would love to have a housemate who would like to join for dinner parties, drinks and movie nights, but who are also respectful when we may need some time to ourselves.
The house is a lovely 3-bed Victorian terrace located at the top of Psalter Lane just across from the shops, restaurants and pubs at Bannercross and a short walk from Endcliffe Park, Hunters Bar and Sharrowvale.

The house has a beautiful, new open-plan kitchen (including dishwasher) and dining area, a separate bay windowed living room and a stylish new bathroom with bath. The property also has a lovely, sunny, garden with a picnic bench, a greenhouse, and an apple tree.

The house is fully furnished with sofas, dining table, chairs and storage.

The rent is £405 a month plus bills which are approximately £130 per month.

There is also a deposit of £405 (one month's rent). The tenancy is a joint tenancy.

The room over looks the garden and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers.
