A friend and I (both female and students) are looking for a clean, respectful housemate to fill a room in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house we have sorted for the next academic year. The house is on Howard Road, about a 16 minute walk from the Uni of Sheffield SU. Rent would be £92/week excluding bills, around £118/week with bills.
